Cardi B And Megan Thee Stallion Shares Their Collaborative New Single “WAP”
The cut is Cardi B’s first main release since 2019’s “Press,” and is billed as the lead single of her upcoming untitled sophomore album. In a recent interview, she revealed that “WAP” actually stands for “Wet A*s P*ssy” and why Megan Thee Stallion was the perfect feature for the song. “The song is really nasty. The song has always been nasty,” she said. “My verses and the hook has been the same since before Megan was there. So it just always been a nasty song and it’s like, ‘Who’s saying nastier things than Megan?’”
The duo also dropped the single’s accompanying music video which sees them at a beautiful mansion and sporting animal-print items, while celebrities such as Kylie Jenner make a special appearance.
